415 Leaders is an independent, not-for-profit organization launched out of Oaks Church in Red Oak, TX which has provided the seed funds for 415 Leaders. Over the last ten years, Oaks Church has mothered 20 church plants and fathered dozens of other pastors. We have repeatedly heard the words, “If it weren’t for you, I don’t think I would still be in ministry” from the pastors we have served.
Scott and Jenni Wilson
Scott Wilson, Founder of 415 Leaders, transitioned from the role of Lead Pastor to the role of Global Pastor at Oaks Church in 2020 to dedicate his life to investing in other pastors. During his 30 plus years of ministry at Oaks Church, the church grew not only in its seating capacity but in its sending capacity, launching over 500 leaders into full-time, vocational ministry through the Oaks School of Leadership. He and his dad, Dr. Tom Wilson, also started an innovative public charter school system that currently educates over 5,000 K-12 students in the DFW area. Scott’s burning passion is that each generation would grow bigger, better, and stronger because of the investment and intentionality of the previous generation. For decades, he has poured his life into younger pastors, church planters, and leaders so that his ceiling would be their floor. Scott is a loving husband and proud father. Scott and his wife, Jenni, have been married for 30 years and have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and one grandson: Dillon and Holly, Hunter and Emily (and Teddy), and Dakota.
Andy and Lindsey Lehmann
Andy Lehmann serves as the Executive Director of 415 Leaders, which he launched together with Scott in 2019 with the vision to multiply spiritual fathers and mothers to multiply churches. He had served for years as a part of the leadership team at Oaks Church, providing direction for all external initiatives including church planting, community engagement, global missions, and orphan/foster care ministry. Through his leadership roles in various churches and non-profits, Andy has been blessed to live his passion to help leaders realize their God-given identity and to equip and resource pastors to not only pastor their church, but also to pastor their city. Andy and his wife, Lindsey, met while doing missions work in Kenya and love doing life and ministry together. They have one daughter, Olivia.
